One card a day out of —, drawn from all 90 sets of the original Dragon Ball Super Card Game — the one Fusion World replaced. You are guessing a specific printing, not a fighter: 59 different cards are called simply Son Goku and 309 have him as their character, and no two of them share a stat line.
Name any card. Eleven attributes are graded against the day's answer:
The dashed green tile is the strongest clue in the game. The four card types do not share a stat line. A Leader has no energy cost and no combo. An Extra Card has no power, no combo, no character and no era — those fields do not exist on it. So when a tile comes back green with a dash, it is not saying "no data": it is saying the answer does not have this field either. Guess one Extra Card and five columns light up at once, and all 4,726 Battle Cards are gone in a single move.
Partial credit goes to three columns. Color and Keywords give it on any overlap — 429 cards in the pool are two colours, so a half-right colour is a real clue. Card type gives it across the Zenkai line: guess a Battle Card against a Z-Battle Card and the tile comes back gold, because you have the right shape of card on the wrong side of the era.
Energy is a number on most cards but a literal X on every Unison Card. X matches another X and misses everything else — it never points, because there is no direction from X to 4.
Spec. cost is the specified colour cost: how many of those energy have to be the card's own colour. A cost of 4 with two red pips is a very different card from a cost of 4 with four.
Rarity points up the booster ladder — C, UC, R, SR, SPR, SCR — and then across three things that are not pull rates at all. ST, EX and PR mark a card that was never in a booster pack: it came in a starter deck, an expansion set, or a promo channel. They sit above the ladder because an arrow needs somewhere to point. ★ is the one-off showcase rarities — God Rare, Concept Rare, Dragon Ball Rare and a dozen more, five to twenty cards each; they share a rung, so two different ones simply miss.
The Set arrow points in release order, not at the set number, because the numbers interleave: SD-01 shipped between BT-01 and BT-02, TB-01 between BT-03 and BT-04, EX-08 between BT-07 and BT-08. Promos are just P — every promo ever printed, from the 2017 launch kits to the last championship pack — so that one spans the whole life of the game and can only ever miss.
A slit of the illustration, blown up past the point of recognition. Every guess widens it, down to a floor it never passes — because a Masters card gives itself away in three places: the name banner across the top, the skill box that starts a little under halfway down, and the energy and combo pips running down the left edge. The window stays inside 16% to 44% of the card's height and never reaches past the middle 60% of its width, so none of the three ever comes into view.
The card's printed rules text, with its own name and its character blanked out — on a Masters card those are two different things, and either one would hand you the answer. References to other fighters are left intact: a skill that names <Vegeta> is telling you something real. A Leader's awakened side comes along too, masked the same way.
Art and Skill do not show the comparison grid. The clue is the mode; all you get back is a list of what you have ruled out.
Type the way you talk about cards. bt21 goku finds the Son Gokus from BT-21 without you having to remember the numbers. Card names are always Character, Epithet, so the character half is usually enough — and where it is not, the underlying character is searchable too, which is how gt goku reaches a card printed as "SS4 Son Goku". Every word you type has to match something, so adding a word always narrows the list.
Anything the grid grades is searchable, not just names. blocker, double strike and barrier are keywords; saiyan, android and god traits; battle, leader, unison and z-battle card types; green a colour; majin buu saga and frieza saga an era; secret, super rare and promo rarities. Numbers want their field named: energy3, power15000 or power15k, combo5000, spec2.
Because every word has to land, these stack with each other and with names: energy3 saiyan, blocker yellow, bt21 leader blue, goku god. Cards matching on their name are listed above cards matching only on a field, so god still opens with the cards printed as God.
A day counts only when all three daily modes fall — Classic, Art and Skill. Solving one and walking away does not take the day, which is why the bar at the top names the ones still outstanding. Give up on a mode and that mode simply stays unsolved; you can come back to it until midnight UTC.
The marker beside the energy gauge collects dragon balls as the run grows: one star at a day, then two, three, four, five, six, and the seven-star at twenty. Miss a day entirely and the set scatters — though your best run is kept.
Daily is the same card for everyone, from a fixed year-long schedule; it never repeats a card inside a year, keeps the same card name two months apart and the same fighter twelve days apart. Your progress is saved, so you can close the tab. Endless deals a fresh card whenever you want one, works through the whole pool before it repeats anything, and lets you narrow which sets and rarities it draws from — nothing is saved and nothing counts toward your streak.
Everything is kept in this browser, so a new device or a cleared cache starts you at nothing. Copy the code below and paste it in on the other machine.
The code carries which days you finished, not the number itself — the streak is recounted from those days when it lands, and restoring merges with whatever this browser already has rather than overwriting it.
